Once your VersaTrak system is installed, we'll ensure it's fully commissioned and ready for use. We provide dedicated training to your nominated staff users, ensuring they are proficient in operating the system. To further support your team, operating manuals are also provided on-site for quick reference.

Should you require any further assistance after the initial installation, our technical support desk is readily available during business hours.

Training Sessions

Military personnel can register an account using their military credentials to access their specific training.
“VersaTrak Training” for all
other trainees
This option is for all other users and requires a password, which will be provided to you during your system installation.
Service and Calibration
We ensure your VersaTrak system remains accurate and reliable with comprehensive service and flexible calibration options.
Your VersaTrak 868 system comes with a 12-month manufacturer's warranty from the date of installation. This warranty covers component breakdowns, excluding those caused by normal wear and tear, malicious damage, or accidental incidents.
Upon installation, you'll receive certificates of calibration accuracy for all system components. Regularly validating this accuracy is highly recommended and, in some regions, a legal necessity to ensure ongoing compliance and precise monitoring.

- Automated Checks: Configure the software to perform four-point calibration checks monthly.
- Digital Records: All calibration records and certificates are securely maintained as electronic files within your system database.
- Extended Certification: This automated system provides certified accuracy for five years, eliminating additional calibration costs during this period.
- Flexible Purchase: ANC is an optional add-on that can be purchased at the time of installation or integrated later.
- Manual Recertification: As an alternative, you can opt for annual manual recertification of your system's accuracy, performed by a qualified VersaTrak engineer.
Annual Maintenance Agreements
While VersaTrak systems are built for endurance, our Annual Maintenance Agreements (AMAs) offer continuous peace of mind and peak performance.
Our hardware features durable, proprietary electronic components, engineered for minimal failure and maximum longevity.
- For seamless operation, we strongly advise a dedicated computer server for your VersaTrak software—it's like giving it its own secure home.
- To prevent any hiccups, please avoid installing other software on this dedicated server after initial setup.
- Keep in mind: If a computer issue arises post-installation due to conflicting software, it won't be covered by our standard warranty.
We understand every setup is unique. Our AMAs are tailored to you, with an annual fee (price on application) based on:
- The number of components in your specific VersaTrak system.
- Any extra services you desire, such as routine calibration or proactive preventative maintenance visits.
